Monthly Talks – “Zariki Village and Wrap with Love”

with Rosie Fairbairn and Charles Henry.
An inspirational story of love and philanthropy,  with origins in Barwon Heads, and the startling success in the small ZARIKI PRE AND PRIMARY SCHOOL situated on Lake Victoria in Tanzania in the very poor fishing village of Mwaburugu (population 7,000).

Rosie Fairbairn has been involved with WRAP WITH LOVE for many years and is the instigator of the Barwon Heads/Bellarine group. Charles Henry and Rosie met in Barwon Heads as children and became reacquainted at a school reunion 9 years ago. They share a passion for Africa and Education. Charles, with some help from the Henryfamily and friends, has funded classrooms, a dining hall, land for a future polytechnic, operating expenses and a dormitory.

WRAP WITH LOVE (WWL)  has provided 144 wraps in 2019 and another 32 last year for the 100 boarders (40 are orphans) from WWL’s Barwon Heads/Bellarine knitting group initiated by Rosie Fairbairn
