Our wonderful volunteers met for the Museum Mingling on Thursday 31 March at Wirilda by the Lake, Point Lonsdale.
It was a fun and social evening, next to Lake Victoria, on a beautiful bright autumn evening.
QHM is solely run by volunteers; we are very grateful to their time and hard work. Thank you!
CALL FOR NEW VOLUNTEERS AT THE QHM The museum will be open again in the middle of this year (June 2022) after being closed for two and a half years. Administration Team Leader Catherine McNamara is rekindling the volunteer register now.
Volunteers will be needed for:
- Moving, sorting & storage
- Administration
- Front of house
- Collection management
